I help older teens, adults of all genders, adult families and groups of men clarify and achieve their life goals. Whether it’s developing healthier relationships, determining a life path, transitions (into retirement, new jobs, school, relationship beginnng/endings etc.) or the desire to feel happier and more relaxed in your day-to-day life, I am here to help you. While not required to work with me in therapy, I support clients who are diagnosed with moderate depression, general anxiety, social anxiety, ocd, panic disorder, phobias and PTSD.
I genuinely love the work that I do and feel very lucky to be able to do it. I am both structured in my approach keeping a sharp focus on the goals that you want to achieve in our work while leaving space for processing and addressing unforeseen issues that arise.
